We use a variety of implements, but almost daily we are grabbing barbells and raising the heart rate. We work on all aspects of fitness. Every day has a different workout and we are focusing on strength, metabolic conditioning, and mobility. The workout is what you make it. Yes they can be difficult, but they are also fun. It is an awesome experience to feel the rush of endorphins after a workout.
We call it the ai family. We enjoy working out, but we also enjoy hanging out. We hold each other accountable. We will push one another through these workouts but we also know when you're not here, what's going on, and when you're coming back.
It's a rush to complete something that was difficult. Your body is capable of many things, so let's make it strong!

Monday - Thursday classes at 530am & 5:30pm
Monday & Wednesday also at 430pm
Friday at 530am & 430pm,
Saturday @ 830am
HYPE (dance fitness)
Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm
